The goal is medical recovery and return to home and family. LTAC patients have an average Medicare length of stay at 25 days or greater.

The Transitional Care Unit (TCU) is the bridge between the acute hospital setting and home care for patients with a wide array of medical needs. Our setting provides an expanded continuum of services not typically provided for in Skilled Nursing Facilities
