En Garde Protective Services is a 22 year old Houston company. Over the years we have provided services to many Fortune 500 companies such as AT&T, SBC, Southwestern Bell, The Hearst Corporation (The Houston Chronicle), GMAC, etc. We conducted security for the Republican convention in Houston in 1992.
Our philosophy from the begining has been to provide excellent service to our customers, and outstanding support for our officer staff. We provide uniforms, and have a 401k plan which we have been matching 100 per cent ( example: you deposit $50 each payday, we match it with $50, your deposit is $100). We have a credit union, provide payroll advances, paid vacations, and have health care.
