Valley Fine Foods was founded by a pair of food scientists dedicated to a healthy lifestyle and gourmet cuisine. In 1984, they combined these two elements to create one of the first fresh pasta companies in the United States. Amongst leading competitors, Pasta Perfecta’s fresh pasta was deemed best quality and value by a primary Consumer Report. Kraft Foods eventually purchased the Pasta Perfecta line to become today’s Di Giorno Pasta.
Today, Valley Fine Foods continues the tradition of creating high quality, high value, healthy products with its Pasta Prima line of Gourmet Ravioli. Pasta Prima began as a frozen food product, and quickly became a consumer favorite with its clean, simple ingredients, and unique chunky and flavorful filling. More recently, Valley Fine Foods extended its expertise back into the fresh pasta arena with its refrigerated Pasta Prima Ravioli. Each variety is made with the finest and freshest ingredients to provide a nutritionally well‐balanced, healthy gourmet meal.
