ASI (Advanced Services Inc.) is a state-of-the-art Call Center and a wholly owned subsidiary of General Electric Appliances (GE). General Electric started ASI in 1990 with the primary purpose of providing ‘exceptional customer service’ to GE’s growing family of customers.
Exceptional Customer Service is giving the customer more than is expected. It’s all about providing the ‘little extra’ in everything we do to give the customer a satisfying experience concerning GE’s outstanding line of high quality appliances.
ASI Rapid City is one of three call centers operated by ASI nationwide. Our sister centers are located in Memphis, TN (our Corporate headquarters) and Norfolk, VA. All together ASI employs approximately 1,000 employees nation wide. GE Appliances is headquartered in Louisville, KY.
