What Value does BrokerTel offer its customers?
Saving Time - The reason we are in business is because we understand that most businesses rarely have the resources to manage their telecom services properly. We save our customers time on the front end by eliminating the need to meet with several Carriers to go over needs analysis. Then, we eliminate the frustration of having to decipher multiple proposals using varying terminology by delivering one easy-to-read comparison. Further, when a service change is needed, we are there to place the call and follow-up with the Carrier(s) and customer until the change has been completed. We are paid to help you if you have a billing issue, a chronic service issue, or just want to have pesky sales reps stop calling you (some of our customers just tell the intrusive sales rep to call BrokerTel, their “telecom department”).
Saving Money – There is never a charge to our customers for using our standard services. The Carriers that our customers select pay our fees. In addition, our customers save anywhere from 20%-60% on average. Some customers could get the savings themselves by meeting with every Carrier and trying to figure out which one actually meets their needs and then negotiating with them. We do it all the first time. No negotiation necessary. We know that if we do not get you the best price and you felt that you could do it better, you simply would not use us. One customer had been using the same Carrier for several years to order new Internet T1s for their offices at almost $1000/month each. Single Point of Contact - Many of our customers have offices throughout the U.S. Often times, a single provider cannot provide services at every location. We help coordinate the services of multiple providers; so, when a customer has a question or an issue about one of their sites, they do not worry about which carrier to call – they simply call BrokerTel and we help get the answer or resolve the issue.
