Mission The mission of our Human Resources Department is to:

Our Comprehensive Employee Benefits
MHMRTC offers competitive salaries, pay for performance program, and a comprehensive benefit program. Three Health Plan options, including coverage for services received from inside and outside network providers. Coverage starts 1st of the month following sixty (60) days of full-time employment. Our health plan a prescription drug program. Two dental options are offered, including a cost saving managed care dental plan. Employees and their families are provided an Employee Assistance Program free of charge for counseling and other services. A separate voluntary vision plan is offered.
Future and Financial Planning - Short term/long term disability is offered to all full-time staff. Employee term life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, and spouse and dependent life insurance are also a tremendous plus to the benefit program. Reimbursement accounts for health care and dependent care expenses are also available. The retirement program (401-a) is a voluntary program available after one year of employment. It offers a generous agency contribution of 8% with a 5% required employee contribution. A deferred compensation plan (457) is also offered. Staff Development
MHMRTC has a diversified staff development department whose purpose is to assist in accomplishing the mission of the agency by supporting employees, contractors, and the community-at-large. We provide specific job-related training and are available to assist with course analysis and development. Training is offered through a variety of learning resources and conferences. Continuing education credits are offered for many classes. Professional courses and seminars are offered in-house for employees.
Our training department provides off-site training to the community.

| Volunteer Services
MHMRTC has a very active Volunteer Development Department. The purpose of this department is to support the mission of the agency by providing a wide array of additional resources to meet the growing demand for agency supports and services. The Volunteer Development Department is committed to providing volunteer experiences that will enable the volunteer or student intern to gain valuable job experience, learn new skills or enhance existing ones, make new friends, or gain class credit for field experience.
MHMRTC volunteers can be assured that they will be offered an opportunity to serve in many ways, whether it be in a role of assisting in administrative support or working in one of the many clinics located throughout Tarrant County.
