For short term needs, MAU can provide skilled temporary placements and, for long-term or project staffing needs, MAU can supply qualified contract workers. Our Working Interview program allows a customer to evaluate an employee on the job for a trial period before making a hiring commitment. During the trial period the employee is on MAU's payroll and we assume all the hiring risks. If there is a direct placement need, MAU will work to define a profile of the ideal candidate. We then apply all of our substantial resources to find that individual. Advertising costs, screening, testing, interviewing, reference checking, employee taxes, and tax reports are borne by MAU.
