RAC is the largest fresh berry supplier in North America. Its performance directly impacts its sole customer Driscoll Strawberry Associates (Driscoll's). RAC uses multiple tools to evaluate their actions. These include job plans which identify annual goals for employees and a 360 degree feedback process which gives team feedback to employees.
