Catalyst Resource Group, LLC. is a full-service accounting, finance and administrative needs recruiting and staffing firm headquartered in metropolitan Atlanta, Ga. Rory Carle and Irwin Solomon founded Catalyst in 2003 as a permanent placement firm focused on finance and accounting and have grown the business to a full-service recruiting and staffing firm. Carle and Solomon had worked in the recruiting industry for a number of years, observing and executing several business models. They were determined to create a firm that offered a better way to be an asset to both their clients and candidates.

Thus Carle and Solomon created Catalyst, a firm dedicated to successfully bringing clients and candidates together in a professional, confidential and respectful environment. Catalyst’s founding vision was to work with clients that place an emphasis on the quality of their employees. Catalyst strives to build tenured partnerships with clients in order to identify their long-term goals and connect them with candidates who will be a value to and will be valued by the organization.

Today as a full-service firm, Catalyst Resource Group remains focused on finance and accounting opportunities, but offers placement for other administrative and operational needs. Catalyst offers a full line of placement services including:
