Lifetime Health Medical Group provides primary health care for more than 100,000 patients in Buffalo and Rochester. A variety of services are offered at each health center and most sites include pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, internal medicine, pediatrics, family practice and specialty care.

In Buffalo, there are five health centers, obstetrics/gynecology, a dental center, urgent care, nutrition, colonoscopy and complementary medicine. In Rochester, there are four primary health centers, as well as a family practice for the deaf, dermatology, eye services and urgent care. Several community-based physician offices are also part of the group.

Lifetime Health has quality providers and offers convenient access to Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics and specialty services in a single setting. We take an innovative approach to medicine, including group visits for patients with chronic illnesses and same-day access to care.
