We are a locally owned and operated with 30 years of experience. This means we know the work places we send you to. We will be accurate about the assignment we offer to you. Q: What if am not a certified Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide?
A: We offer free training to become a Certified Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide. Please ask us how you can enter a training program and become certified. We run training programs every other month. Call us now and we will explain how we can help you start your career in health care services with us.
Q: What Does the Personal Care Aide and Home Health Aide Training Course include?
A: Our approved training courses include instruction on all of the medical services our care givers are allowed to provide for our patients. This includes instruction on medication reminders, monitoring diet, emergencies, and more.
Q: As an aide, what will I be doing for the patient?
A: Each patient has different needs, but usually they need help with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, preparing light meals and reminding to take medications.
Q: Do I need a physical exam that shows I am in good health?
A: Yes. We can send you for a physical or you can ask your doctor to send us your recent physical results.
Q: Will I need to have a criminal background check?
A: Yes. We provide a free criminal background checks for some applicants who are getting ready to work.
Q: What hours or days can I work?
A: It’s your choice. Tell us when you are available and we find you work for that time period. We have work on a visit, hourly, daily and live-in basis. We have a four hour minimum for any one work period except a visit. The more work you want the more you can get.
Q: Where will I work?
A: It’s your choice. Tell us where you want to work if you have a preference. We also offer you a wide choice of places to work then you decide. We always try to offer you work close to your home. Assignments are also available in nursing homes, hospitals and assisted living facilities.
Q: How much do I get paid?
A: Our pay rates are excellent, usually the best in the area. When you come in to see us about work we will determine what you are qualified to do and then we will be able to give you your pay rate.
Q: When do I get paid?
A: You get paid once a week for the previous week’s work. Payday is on Friday.

Q: How can I get started?
A: Contact us now and we will tell you how we can help you. We welcome your questions and will arrange for you to come into our office to talk. We will ask you to bring information about your references, citizenship and so forth. You don’t need an appointment but it would be helpful. The interview can take two hours and appointments are usually 9am-3pm, Monday-Friday.
Q: What are the patients like?
A: Most of our patients are senior citizens. We serve all ages of clients from mothers with a new born, those recovering from illness or injuries or people with long term needs.
Q: What tasks am I not permitted to do?
A: Our caregivers are not permitted to do any type of home repair, landscaping services, window washing, full heavy house cleaning or work that involves ladders and dangerous situations.
