Bremerton Convalescent & Rehabilitation Center has been serving Kitsap County since 1994. We are conveniently located in a residential neighborhood one block from Harrison Hospital . We are surrounded by several parks, a church and shopping center. Our facility is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
