Career Source was founded by Daralyn Boutelle in 1999 and is locally owned and operated. Our focus is to be ethical and innovative while providing employment services that companies can truly rely on. Career Source builds lasting business partnerships upon trust and accountability. Through staff expertise we can accommodate various client company hiring needs in accelerated time through an array of individualized services.
Since 1999 Career Source has grown to service hundreds of satisfied client companies in Southeast Wisconsin, Northern Illinois, and throughout the Midwest. With over 40 years of diversity and experience of our internal staff we are able to recruit, select and match qualified candidates to a broad range of job opportunities. We utilize progressive and innovative methods such as resume screening, in depth behavioral event interviews, web based industry focused and verifiable testing, drug screens, background checks, industry specific orientations, 3rd party exit interviewing, and ease the transition from interview to start date. |
