David W. Gladieux, C.P.C., has been in the business of recruiting hospitality professionals since 1990. Prior to 1990, David spent over 10 years in various levels of hotel and restaurant management. David achieved the personnel industry's prestigious "C.P.C" designation in 1992.
In 1999, David opened DWG-HR Hospitality Recruiters (originally Gladieux & Associates) in Manchester, NH. Since then DWG-HR has expanded in New England, opening the Woburn, MA office in 2004. In 2007 DWG-HR expanded in Ohio opening offices in Toledo, Cleveland, Columbus, and Cincinnati. 2008 has brought an office to Indianapolis, Indiana.
Bud Konn joined DWG-HR in 2007 and is Regional Manager for New England. Bud joins DWG-HR with over 27 years hospitality management recruitment experience.
Dave Elvy joined DWG HR in 2008 and is Regional Manager for the Cincinnati, Ohio and Indianapolis Indiana areas. Dave brings over 25 years of management experience in restaurants and corporate America
