Employee Benefits

Catholic Community Services offers competitive and flexible benefits to employees. These plans afford Catholic Community Services employees the opportunity to meet their personal and family needs.

Employees who are scheduled to work 23 hours per week or more are eligible for specified benefits on the first day of the month coincident with or following 90 consecutive days of employment. The following benefits apply except as specified otherwise under an applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement:
