a full continuum of services and care focused around each individual in today’s
ever-changing healthcare environment.
Island Health & Rehabilitation Center has served Kitsap County since 1971.
We are located on Bainbridge Island, and work closely with Harrison Memorial
Hospital and all Seattle Hospitals . Our facility is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
