After a 17-year career as a successful Senior Manager overseeing one of the largest divisions within a prosperous Nationwide Resort Ownership Company, with sales topping $100 million per year, Mr. Molvar made a natural transition from interviewing management candidates and personnel for his own large 50+ employee division, to interviewing employees for other company owners and managers.
With the launch of Accelerated Careers in 2007, Mr. Molvar now utilizes his years of expertise in separating the “significant few” from the rest of the candidates, to benefit owners and managers of businesses all across the nation. Having worked for several Staffing firms before founding Accelerated Careers, Mr. Molvar thoroughly understands the industry and how the competition works, asserting that “One of the major differences between our firm and other agencies is that our staff has been trained to approach each interview with the candidates as if they were the owner or manager of the company that hired us to locate employees for them.”

We do not just match words between the job description and a resume, or give the candidate a quick, cursory interview and then send the resume to the owner/manager in the hopes of a “match.” Our unique approach is simple, but powerful -- we place ourselves in the hiring manager’s “shoes” and interview the candidate from that company’s management perspective. Our ability to interview using this management 'mind-set' comes from the expertise gained from previous years of interviewing from a Senior Management point-of-view.
Our interview-to-hire ratio is very high, which saves time and money for both the companies we work for, and the candidates seeking a new job opportunity. If we would not consider hiring the candidate we’re interviewing ourselves, then we won’t forward the resume on to the company that hired us. We believe this approach is the most honest way to conduct business. We would rather send two or three outstanding candidates to an interview, than 10 candidates which don’t really match the criteria Accelerated Careers was asked to identify.
For the candidates: We won’t contact you unless there is a specific job we want to discuss. We will not waste your time pretending we have jobs just to keep our employees busy. Our goal is to put you in contact with the hiring manager as soon as possible. We don’t start our recruiting process unless there is a definite starting date for the position given to us from the hiring manager.
Our goal is to service both our companies and candidates. If the companies and candidates we service are happy, then we’ve met our goal and a trusting, long-term relationship has begun. We are ever mindful that we are in the “service industry” and without you, we would not continue to be in business. |
