Time Off - Every employee gets 16 days - that's 3 weeks and 1 day - of Paid Time Off annually. Employees are also eligible for 10 Federal Holidays each year.

Retirement - All Base Technologies, Inc. employees are eligible to defer a certain percentage of salary to Base Technologies, Inc. 401(k) plan. A generous company matching contribution is made each year. As well as a one year vesting schedule.
