This ensures that you can take your time and perform your own interview process. This also allows Department of Defense contractors the ability to carry a security clearance for their employee, since most staffing companies do not have that luxury. This also allows companies the peace of mind to know that if the candidate does not work out with in 90 days we will replace the position at no cost. All first time customers receive their first permanent placement for 10% of the candidates estimated first year salary. The industry standard is 20%-35%. This can save you big bucks! Our database of potential candidates also provides you access to working candidates, out of area candidates, and candidates you will not find from simply placing an advertisement in the news paper.
