Adult Day Care – care provided during the day to seniors in a safe, secure environment.
Assisted Living Services – services that provide residents with a level of individual independence with assistance available as needed.
Bariatric Care Unit – units with our healthcare centers that are skilled at caring for those patients that are obese.
Clinical Consulting Services – consulting services that provide professional assistance to skilled healthcare centers, assisted living centers, hospice, home health and community-based agencies.
Commercial Insurance Care Management – management of care to patients that are covered by commercial insurance companies to shorten recovery time and ensure positive outcomes.
End of Life Education – community education to those that are dealing with a life-limiting illness and those wishing more information on advance directives, living wills and do-not-resuscitate orders.
Home Health – services provided to patients to assist them in reaching their post-acute goals while in the comfort of their home.
Home Infusion Services - services that are provided to patients that require home based infusion for various disease states and therapies.
Hospice – care provided to those patients that are facing a life-limiting illness.
Independent Living Center – services that are provided to resident that are active independent seniors.
Inpatient Hospice – care provided to those patients that are facing an acute phase of a life-limiting illness.
Intermediate Care Facility for the Developmentally Disabled - residential training services are provided to the developmentally disabled that include self-help, socialization, recreational therapy, social services, sensorimotor training and nursing services.
Long-Term Care Pharmacy – providing pharmaceutical care to patients that are in a long-term care setting.
Long-Term Care Pharmacy Consultation – pharmaceutical consulting services to those that provide long-term health care.
Medical Supply Services for Healthcare Institutions – a source of medical supplies to those that provide healthcare services in the Southeast.
Memory Support Unit – units located within our healthcare centers that care for patients that are suffering from Alzheimer’s Disease or severe dementia.
Personal Care Services – services that include light house cleaning, running errands, assistance with bathing and dressing and respite for care givers.
Private Home Care – services that include nursing, social work and home health aides for those patients that have private or commercial insurance resources.
Rehabilitative Home Health Services – physical, speech and occupational therapy services provided in conjunction with home health services.
Rehabilitative Long-Term Care Services – physical, speech and occupational therapy services that are provided to skilled nursing healthcare centers.
Respite Care – care provided to those patients with a life-limiting illness when the primary care giver needs some time for themselves.
Sitter Services – companionship and friendship to those patients that are located in a healthcare center.
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Services – services provided in a skilled nursing healthcare center (also referred to as a nursing home). 24-hour medical and custodial care provided. Patients may be admitted for a temporary stay or for long-term care.
SOURCE – care provided to elderly disabled and low-income patients with a wide range of long-term health services.
Supportive Care Services – services provided in a skilled nursing healthcare center that may include a more traditional nursing home experience when needed or appropriate post-acute care that transitions patients home.
Transitional Care Unit – units located within our healthcare centers that care for patients who are appropriate for post-acute care that transitions patients home.
Veteran Domiciliary Service – services that provide Veterans with a level of individual independence with assistance available as needed.
Veteran Skilled Nursing Facility Services - services for veterans as described under Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Services
