Bringing
It to the Table –
Perhaps
this is why the Todays Harvest family went from restaurant fans,
cooks, chefs and dreamers, to launching a company with a mission so
wide-ranging that only food could provide inspiration and the common
link.
Content
only with using the freshest fruits and vegetables in the product
they make, the Todays Harvest family has plans to turn to growing
their own. We hoping to dream again and build our own greenhouses
in late 2009 and 2010 for our own use, we dare to see the
possibilities of growing our own produce, and as a result, we
discovered hydroponics, a
method of growing high quality, nutrient-rich vegetables within 60 to
90 days plus using soilless mineral nutrient solutions, independent
of seasonal restrictions. (If enclosed in greenhouses.)
Even
as dreamers we found the solution to our desire to provide fresh,
wholesome dishes for our customers, we have discovered even more
possibilities. And
perhaps we will unearth many more.
The
Todays Harvest family sees potential for hydroponics and creating our
products in other developed countries such as the India, (Our curry
flavored Chalsa – Spring 2010 release date) Australia - Kangaroo
meat flavor chalsa and other flavors that are native those countries
our product is sold in.) As well as undeveloped countries such as
Congo, Zimbabwe, and etc. Instead of merely fulfilling a basic need,
hydroponic farming, when integrated with our new greenhouses will
save our company costs on produce and can provide jobs not only in
the growing department but in manufacturing as well, from that we can
build a new sense of community and purpose. Can
you imagine the possibilities working for us?

As
part of our planning process as a company we have identified a number
of positions that we will be hiring between now and the end of 2010.
This will allow some of you that might want or need a better position
but can not leave your area now to see if you qualify, and then come
on board later. Or if a position is available now we will let you
know immediately at the time of our email reply to directly you from
us and if you qualify for the position then you can make your choice
at that time.
In a number of cases positions allow for work from home
availability with limited time each quarter spent in our office, and
with visits from our managers in your location to save on travel and
other costs of being employed by a food company. Some positions
require a on site interview in SLC and other locations as yet to be
determined around the US.
The details are different for each of the
positions we have posted and therefore we will let you know of such a
requirement at the time of being invited to be apart of the actual
qualification process. Once you have been selected to go through it
we will make arrangements to come to our office in SLC to visit with
us for our interview.. Interviews will be conducted by an outside
party and therefore have no bearing on our decision to hire or not
hire a person.
To
see our positions go to the page indicated here and click on the link
located for each position and follow the instructions for applying.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
