VP Needed for Strategic Partnerships



We are seeking a VP of Strategic Partnerships to develop strategic goals, objectives, and systems for Strategic Partnerships with the President/CEO. The VP will recommend and implement necessary strategic changes, as well as plan, organize, and control all activities of the department. The VP will oversee the development of new programs and services for the department both within and outside the current service area. The VP will direct the development and implementation of programmatic and administrative policies and be responsible for budget preparation and monitoring.

Qualifications:

(1) Masters degree in Human Services or a related field
(2) 5 to 10 years of experience working with people with disabilities
(3) A minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience with at least 5 years at the senior management level. Experience in developing programs for adults with Pervasive Developmental Disorder and with the Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL) is strongly preferred.
