Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with Sales, Marketing, CBS Programming & online team ensuring they are informed of all contract elements.
  • Enter contracts in the Traffic System.
  • Obtain flight schedules/traffic instruction from agency/client.
  • Schedule commercials into system and forecast make-goods ensuring proper fulfillment.
  • Obtain commercial tapes form agency and review for accuracy and obtain proper approvals.
  • Ensure that Programming has received the tapes in advance of air dates.
  • Schedule next day commercials and send log to Programming.
  • Maintain Sponsorship and promotions schedules and communicate with CBS Programming to ensure proper and timely fulfillment.
  • Monitor all promotions and ensure proper and timely airing of intended promo.
  • Enter daily ratings as received from Nielsen.
  • Enter student enrollment numbers as received from Keystone.
  • Run post-buy reports for billing staff as needed.
  • Run Impression report on a daily basis to monitor delivery.
  • Make Tape duplication and DVD copies as needed.
  • Run report for Sales Team as needed.
  • Maintain commercials and contracts log.

Requirements:

  • Strong Excel and math skills.
  • General computer proficiency in a windows environment (MS Word)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to handle details and the ability to multi-task.
  • Driven, motivated, team player and independent.
