POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting directly to the Head of Client Programs and Client Team Leaders, the Client Account Manager serves as the key point of contact for client team members. The Client Account Manager supports team leaders with the following:

· Developing and executing client account plans

· Maintaining strong client relationships

· Applying best practices to client relationship management

· Conducting client meetings to ensure quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in a marketing related field.
  • 5 – 10 years in-depth and relevant experience at a manager level within a professional services firm, preferably legal.
  • Client relationship management, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Prior experience co-coordinating products and marketing initiatives across both developed and emerging markets. Good understanding of cultural differences across markets.
  • Excellent written communication skills, oral communication skills, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate successfully at all levels.
  • Demonstrate strong influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.
  • A proactive and assertive approach, tenacity, commitment and enthusiasm.
  • A proven ability to work to tight deadlines, juggle multiple projects and deliver under pressure.
  • Experience managing junior marketing team members.
  • Good systems and database skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM applications.
  • Team player.
