Primary Responsibilities:
- Obtain business reporting requirements
- Provide source system analysis
- Source data profiling and data quality assessment
- Make recommendations for data warehouse mart design
- Prepare business requirement documents and technical specification documents
- Work closely with business stakeholders, ETL developers and quality assurance teams
- Act as a leader/mentor

5+ yrs experience working with health care data or health care application systems such as eligibility, care management, or claims

5+ yrs experience as a business or systems analyst writing business and/or systems requirements including data mapping
