Executive Assistant - to Chief Medical Officer - full-time. Busy psychiatric hospital in West Palm Beach. Administrative duties include: 1) Maintaining and organizing calendar/schedules for the CMO and confirm schedules as required. 2) Prepare and maintain on-call and vacation schedules for physicians in Outpatient Department. 3) Maintain physician and ARNP licenses and renewal schedule. 4) Answer telephones, screen calls, take and route messages for CMO office. 5) Prepare various communications including internal/external correspondence, general notices, miscellaneous publications and reports. 6) Attend various board and medical staff meetings, prepare minutes and distribute on a timely basis. 7) Provide direct supervision to front office staff. Requirements: 1) Minimium AA degree in Business or medical field required 2) 2 years previous office experience, preferably in behavioral healthcare setting. 3) Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft office software. 4) Previous experience working with Board of Directors or non-profit experience preferred. Minimum local travel required. Excellent salary and benefit package.
