CASE MANAGER

Seeking full-time staff for our Youth in Transition Housing Coordinator and Youth Development Case Manager positions. Provide support around housing, school, and employment for adolescents transitioning into adulthood and/or out of state's custody. Housing Coordinator will also participate in creating a building-based transitional living program. Bachelor's Degree in psychology or related field, experience working with adolescents and families, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation required.
