Bilingual Patient Account Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Patient Account Representatives work in an office following-up with uninsured patients by telephone on their public assistance (Medicaid/charity) cases. We work as a liaison between the patients and state/Federal agencies to secure medical assistance program eligibility. Other duties will be assigned by management. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8-5pm

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma is required
• Social service experience is a plus
• Bilingual applicants are engouraged to apply
• Bilingual skills are preferred
• Call center experience is helpful
• Social service background is a +
• Must be a good communicator
• The hours are first-shift, Monday-Friday
