• Responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician or referring agency
• Coordinates, delegates and supervises responsibilities assigned to supportive staff
• Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards
• Provides all customers of Banner Health with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our Performance Standards (Safety, Attitude, Responsiveness, Communication, Comfort, Privacy, Appearance, Teamwork, Accountability)

• Must be a graduate of a school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
• Possess current Arizona licensure in Physical Therapy
• Prior experience in orthopedics is desirable
