CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

Currently hiring part time / full time customer service rep's for multiple immediate openings with a premier company located in the Dayton area.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will accept in-bound calls servicing several forms of print media from throughout the whole entire southwest region of Ohio. These positions require people who can problem solve and negotiate on behalf of the customer. Our Customer Service Representatives enjoy resolving customer issues!

Requirements :

• Minimum 1-2 years of previous inbound call center experience or strong customer service experience over the phone.
• Solid working knowledge of MS-Office products. SAP experience is a plus.
• Accurate typing ability
• Experience resolving financial issues involving debits and credits
• Experience reviewing, analyzing, resolving, and communicating financial information
• on customer accounts.
• Pleasant phone voice and strong active listening skills.
• Must have high school diploma or GED
• Ability to work under pressure

Hours:

Part time positions will work 25-30 hours per week including every Saturday (7:00am to 10:00am) & Sunday (8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) and (3) weekdays ranging between 6:00a.m. - 4:00p.m.
