Responsibilities:
· Provides executive administrative support for the General Counsel
· Reviews contracts, transactional documents, corporate and regulatory filings
· Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently as applicable
· Prepares legal documents and correspondence
· Maintains document files and corporate records as well as calendaring
· Performs light legal research
Qualifications:
· Two-year degree from college or technical school
· At least five years of legal office/corporate experience; property and casualty insurance industry experience preferred
· Experience with reviewing and managing contracts
· Proficiency in Microsoft products (Word and Excel) is required
· Assessment Test Required.
