THE POSITION

We currently have several openings for Club Managers in the Seattle area. These positions are fully responsible the general management of our gyms, which includes the following areas:

- Hire, train, develop and coach staff (up to 60 Team Members)

- Financial Management. Full P&L responsibility on million dollar revenues

- Development and execution of sales/membership goals

- Bringing resolution to member experience issues

- Work with HR and Loss Prevention to bring resolution to related issues

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

If you can answer YES to ALL of the following questions, we’d love to hear from you:

- Do you have at least 5 years of experience at the General, Store or Hospitality Manager level?

- Have you had full P&L responsibility?

- Have you been responsible for developing and managing a revenue generating function?

- Do you possess the following:

o Great organizational skills?

o Attention to detail?

o Problem solving and analytical ability?

o Time management skills?
