Emergency Medical Services Chief

Skamania County EMS is seeking qualified applicants interested in becoming our next EMS Chief. Minimum qualifications: Must be certified by the State of WA as an EMT or Paramedic, Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university and 5 years of supervisory experience. Other education and experience will be considered if equal to the minimum qualifications described above. SCEMS is located in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge, just 60 minutes from the Portland International Airport. The service is a publicly funded PHD and runs approximately EMS 1000 calls per year. SCEMS also provides vehicle extrication, rope rescue and trail rescue services to the residents and visitors of our county.
