Excellent growth opportunity as this individual will take on the program Director's responsibilities in his/her absence. Responsible for coordination of case management services in residential care and supervision of case management staff (3). MUST have a Licensed Master's in Social Work (LMSW) with at least two to five years experience, in similar setting with at least one year in supervisory role. Must be computer literate in Windows applications. Able to participate in AOD on-call rotational schedule. Salary range mid to high $30s with full benefits package. Must have BSW with at least 1 to 2 years experience in a similar setting. Licensed (LBSW) preferred. Provides direct casework services to children from infancy to age 17. Ability to work closely with Foster Parents and act as liaison between agency and TX DFPS. Starting salary is $30K with excellent benefits package. This is a live-in position that requires a serious commitment.
