We are looking for a Nashville based accounting manager with the ability to establish and grow a team in Nashville . The Manager of Accounts Receivable will report to the Controller and is responsible for directing, managing and coordinating all global billing, collections and account receivables for ServiceSource and its 50 + clients.

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Globally responsible for managing all receivables, billings, collections and cash applications
• In charge of direct billing of clients and client’s end users
• Globally responsible for managing and improving company’s DSO
• Develop strategies and coordinate credit control team to support goals
• Own revenue stream management including management of and implementation of a global A/R provider and partner
• Verify accuracy of monthly close and monthly receivable aging
• Responsible to ensure that all reconciliations are complete and accurate and outstanding items are cleared in accordance with company standards
• Contribute to monthly report requirement for ServiceSource
• Responsible for management of all banking relationships, reporting and account activity globally
• Responsible for management and development of direct reports

QUALIFICATIONS

• College degree, BA/BS required
• 7-10 years managing an A/R department of a mid to large sized company
• Experience managing credit and collections
