Current Need
¿ Lead and manage key business objectives for process integration and improvement across the entire business unit
¿ Communicate accurate and timely project status, issues, risks, and scope changes
¿ Gather and define business requirements for new initiatives, including acquisitions
¿ Effectively respond to changing project and client needs while balancing multiple ongoing projects
¿ Serve as a key consultant and single point of contact for other departments within the business unit
¿ Partner with other Project Managers and stakeholders in the business unit to assist in implementation of tools and standards
¿ Lead initiative to migrate current CRM and Knowledge Base to corporate standard tools
¿ Research, analyze and evaluate new platforms and technologies for the Call Center and across the business unit. Understand and champion opportunities to increase automation across the entire business unit
¿ Research marketplace for available tools, provide cost estimates and implementation plan for automation tools
¿ Provide daily support and enhancements to the business unit phone systems
¿ Analyze, interpret, and evaluate call center data and develop metrics, standards and reporting for internal/external clients and Senior Management
¿ Analyze CRM call data, report status and issues to Product and Support Leadership teams, ensure consistent and fair values applied for all teams
¿ Design, develop and implement reports for the Call Center and across the business unit using all available tools (Salesforce, Business Objects, Crystal Reports)
¿ Develop customer surveys and feedback forums to improve customer satisfaction
¿ Drive customer satisfaction with tools and technologies
Position Description
Plans, conducts, and directs the analysis of business problems to be solved with automated systems. Partners with users to identify, evaluate, and develop systems and procedures which are cost effective and meet user requirements. May plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

* Strong Leadership Skills
* Knowledge of SAP Content Management Systems preferred
* Experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
Minimum Requirements
2+ years experience in business analysis, requirements definition and deployment of business requirements to information systems.
Education
4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
