You must be able to…
Develop a loan portfolio by prospecting business contacts; attracting mortgage customers; completing mortgage loan application.

Attract new mortgage loan applications by developing relationships within the community, specifically with the real estate community; making sales calls to prospective customers.

Approve mortgage loans by examining application and supporting documentation; estimating credit-worthiness; calculating repayment risk.

Work with our processing team to fulfill stipulations, collect verifications, and schedule mortgage loan closings.

• Must show that you made at least 40k a year in Mortgage sales in 2008 or average that YTD in 2009


Have you had a lot of success with Lower My Bills or other Internet Leads in the past, but can’t find a company that is willing to invest? Use our coop program to get back into the game!

• We provide Premier Leads from Lower My Bills as well as leads from other sources at a discounted rate.

What do you have to do…

• Must be able to make outbound calls daily and have an existing customer base.
• Understand how to use Encompass Mortgage Management System (we will train you if needed)
• FHA Experience required. No exceptions

This position is commission only and only prospects with a strong background and proven track record will be considered.
