We are currently seeking a qualified Building Maintenance Engineer Level 3. Duties include but are not limited to the following:

1. Provide a variety of service work including performing preventive maintenance on mechanical systems and boilers.
2. Must be physically able to perform basic maintenance tasks to the highest caliber, including but not limited to climbing ladders, lifting objects up to fifty pounds, etc


Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess the following:

- 3 years minimum experience in Property/Facility Maintenance
- EPA refrigerant usage license (A plus)
- Ability to work on call
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance including: H.V.A.C., Electrical, Plumbing and Communications Systems
- Computer skills
- Must have valid driver's license
