NO-FAULT CLAIMS LITIGATION ADJUSTER WANTED!

Premier insurance carrier in New York City concentrating in the five boroughs specializing in Workers Compensation and Commercial Auto Liability for the transportation industry. Has an immediate Temp to Perm position for a NO-FAULT CLAIMS LITIGATION ADJUSTER!!
This is a highly analytical position responsible for the adjustment of no fault claims and no fault suits. Must have extensive knowledge of NYS Regulation 68. Must also be able to identify fraudulent claims for referral to the companies Special Investigation Unit. Must be conversant in the handling of all aspects of no fault litigation and arbitration as well as able to represent the company at court hearings and/or arbitrations.
