Northrop Grumman Shipbuilding - Gulf Coast Operations, headquartered in Pascagoula, Mississippi, employs more than 18,000 shipbuilding professionals, and is one of the nation's leading full service systems companies for the design, engineering, construction, and life cycle support of major surface ships for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard and international navies, and for commercial vessels of all types.

The naval architect will utilize sound engineering practices in the technical analysis and design of ship’s hull form, hull structure scantlings and structural support systems and arrangements for all classes of vessels both military and commercial.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture. Candidate must be capable of obtaining a security clearance with the U.S. Government. US Citizenship Required.
