SUMMARY
This position will be responsible for driving the penetration and usage of Invisalign in the Professional Channel (Dentists and Orthodontists). That includes driving marketing programs, product and clinical messaging and managing overall business results with an end-to-end view. Role includes all aspects of marketing such as messaging, price, promotions, and various contact methods. Additionally, develops tools and programs for channel sales force. Position works closely with Product Management, Sales, Clinical Education, and outside vendors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Understand customer mindset and barriers to adoption.

· Create compelling messaging including strong reasons to believe

· Develop comprehensive plans to gather data and proof points to support reasons to believe

· Develop and drive successful marketing programs that ladder to business objectives

· Understand the incremental impact of marketing programs including ROI

· Use promotions as a lever to create interest and convert

· Track overall business results including identification and monitoring of key metrics

· Provide input on next versions of our products to ensure compelling to customer (MRD)

· Interface with clinical research and advanced development on developing research and studies to support current and future product needs

· Investigate new markets opportunities and propose new products within those markets

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, MBA preferred.

· 5 years of experience in marketing including messaging, promotions, and programs

· Proficiency with MS Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.

· Experience in working with Sales force is a plus

· Experience with medical device, pharmaceutical, or technology professional channels is a plus
