Continuous Learning Coach – Clinic Administration

You will be part of a team that supports the Scott & White Enterprise in utilizing lean problem solving tools and techniques to improve process and address problems. Responsibilities include:

• Achieving knowledge transfer on the use of lean tools and methodologies
• Establishing protocols for learning and development of Toyota Lean skills
• Creating educational materials and learning tools to facilitate knowledge transfer consistent with the company strategy and timeline for implementation
• Coaching others in process improvement methods
• Promoting experimentation consistent with achieving improved processes
• Transferring knowledge of lean tools and methodology to management to all employees
• Promoting and managing sharing of best practices for process improvement within the organization

Requires a working knowledge of organizational development practices and proven skills at coaching management employees on process improvement process improvement methods including LEAN. You must be solution oriented and self motivated, and have the ability to present and exchange information on a detailed and summary level to management and executive level employees. Five years’ experience in a healthcare operations environment is require, or equivalent experience in organizational process improvement or lean experience will be considered.
