Position Summary
Working under minimal supervision, reports and analyzes the cost/performance data on assigned projects and determines conformity to budgeted and projected expenditures of hours and funds. Provides Project Managers with current status of cost for programs/projects under their cognizance. Analyzes historical and current trends to forecast future performance. Assist Department Manager with forecasting of the rolling flash, preparation of the annual plan and tracking indirect budgets. Responsible for project earned value reporting and 533 reporting for applicable projects. Assist in proposal pricing for major proposal efforts and change order pricing and eventual submittal and implementation into the project baseline.

Qualifications:
Education: B.A. in Finance or equivalent required or equivalent years of experience.

Experience: 5-10 years experience in performance/cost measurement or financial analysis associated with large government contracts is required. Experience in all aspects of proposal pricing is also desired.

Skills & Knowledge: Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Microframe Program Manager (MPM) and accounting software (Peoplesoft) Must possess good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to successfully interact with all levels of the Company and subcontractor organization. A background knowledge in government and commercial contract requirements. Knowledge of performance measurement principles such as earned value.
