D&D Project Manager- Heavy Demolition and Excavation Project at Department of Energy Site



Summary of Duties: Direct work performed as described by project scope of work; responsible for the management and execution of all site activities in accordance with approved statement of work, approved work plans and federal, state and local laws and regulations. Work with PM to facilitate daily project meetings and provide interface with health and safety officer. Directly supervise filed crews and subcontractors.

Required: Minimum (6) years site superintendent and a minimum of (3) years on hazardous waste sites. Experience with cost reimbursable and firm fixed priced projects. Management of site subcontractors and craft union & nonunion labor, working knowledge of federal, state and local laws regulations and guidelines as applicable. Experience with heavy demolition equipment and methods. Ability to travel.

Security Access Requirements: Ability to obtain government security access

Desirable: Heavy demolition and excavation projects at Department of Energy and/or other federal sites.

Work Schedule: Days: Mon through Thur Hours: 0700 AM to 1730 PM
