POSITION SCOPE
An Empire Hard Surface Installer is a Sub-Contractor who represents our company as a Hard Surface Installer. Their job focus is to provide our clients with a quality installation and customer service second to none.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyzes jobsites prior to beginning a Hard Surface installation for us to make sure a quality installation can be done.
- Works assigned routes in a timely fashion and notifies the Installation Department of any changes to their route.
- Provides a quality Hard Surface Installation on all jobs and guarantees workmanship for One Year from the date of installation.
- Resolves all Customer Service issues in a timely fashion and protects the interest of the company at all times.
- Creates and exhibits a sense of ownership
- Creates and supports a safe work environment
- Customer Satisfaction should be your number one goal.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and decisiveness as appropriate
- Manages and handles all paperwork to the prescribed standards of Empire Today LLC.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- In-depth knowledge of assigned product I.e. Hardwood, Laminate
- Working knowledge of permit and licensing requirements for market you will be assigned to.
- Specific knowledge of local competitors and the industry
- Experience in managing your own business and associates
- Must have a dependable vehicle and all necessary tools to perform proper Hard Surface installation
- Must have General Liability and Workman's Compensation Insurance
- Must be able to work prescribed branch hours.
- Must have excellent communication skills and must have one member of your team who speaks good, clear and concise English to communicate with our customers.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
