Description: Responsible for aggressively pursuing late stage past-due accounts according to the Company's Standard Operating Procedures and government regulations. Responsibilities: oWork to reduce mortgage delinquency without sacrificing customer service standards or causing unwarranted repossessions. oPersuading delinquent customers to become current while using professionalism and tact. oAchieve numeric standards for servicing delinquent accounts without sacrificing quality of service. oConsistently represent the Company in a professional manner by providing good customer service Requirements: oPost high school education preferred o1-2 years collection experience, preferably mortgage accounts oPersuasive and professional communication skills oDetail oriented/organized style oAbility to meet goals and deadlines in a fast-paced, stressful environment oStrong numeric aptitude oEquipment demands - PC, telephone Ability to meet department attendance standards Hours: Two late nights a week, three early days a week, 2 Sats/Month, more hours at EOM.
