Patelco Credit Union is seeking individuals with positive attitudes who enjoy working with the public and have the demonstrated desire and ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced work environment to work in our Card Services Department in our Atwater, CA location.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, make outbound calls and respond to e-mails from members and branches related to the debit/credit/ATM card products:
    • Answer questions related to credit card products/services, fraud and disputes
    • Block/reissue/order cards
    • Research authorization declines
    • Process account adjustments and exceptions
    • Process returned card orders
    • Cross-sell products and services
    • Process returned deposited checks and coordinate correspondence

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications - Candidates must:

à Must have HS Diploma or equivalent

à Have minimum one year experience in customer service

à Proven customer service skills

à Strong verbal and written communication skills

à Exceptional interpersonal skills

à Must be a team player, motivated, flexible with schedule and able to work with little or no supervision

à Must be PC proficient and familiar with MS Office applications. Experience with the Summit system a plus
