Position Description:
This person will support CareTracker users in a coordination role. They will be responsible for retrieving and process emails from vendors, as well as retrieving and processing all payer response and remittance files, Will monitor Claims Manager application queues for daily errors, and notify support personnel. This person will also be responsible for claims monitoring through data extraction and upload to appropriate systems and verification of that data transfer through FTP/SFTP protocols and various other methods, as well as reporting on these data transactions. This person will also be responsible for coordination with payers on data transfer resolution. Positions in this function provide local technical support to UnitedHealth Groups computer user community, including installations, upgrades, computing problem resolution, diagnosis of issue severity, recovery and project implementation.

- Experience with electronic data interchange transactions (EDI)
- Exposure to FTP/SFTP file transfer
- Intermediate level of skill in MS Excel
Assets:
- Familiar with ANSI/HL7 formatting
- Familiar with Medical Claims work flow
- Programming skills a plus
- Bachelor's Degree
