Position Description:
Positions in this function are responsible for first-level response and resolution of escalated issues with external and internal customers. Responsible for the overall delivery of benefits and services by providing support and guidance to existing and potential customers to ensure continued membership.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • 2 plus years of Employer or Broker client servicing experience in a healthcare environment preferred
  • 2 plus years of Claims experience is the healthcare field is preferred
  • Healthcare experience is required
  • 2 or more years of MS Word and Excel experience in preferred
  • 3 or more years of Outlook experience is preferred
  • Financial services experience working with Brokers is highly preferred
  • Relationship management experience is an asset
