
Responsibilities/Description: - Primary responsibilities are to develop and manage sales and operations plan, rough cut capacity plan, master schedule plan, and detailed capacity plan
- Maintain a knowledge of capacity constraints (rough-cut capacity plan) in all areas of manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, and drafting which may affect the Operations ability to meet scheduled requirements for firm unit backlog, engineering projects, and forecasted orders.
- Develop and provide execution schedules for engineering projects, considering all development engineering input and requirements, current capacity constraints, and projected future workload.
- Develop and monitor actual and projected capacity load reports for assigned areas for purposes of Sales and Operations Planning process and project and contract equipment schedule execution.
- Determine milestones to be measured to monitor development work in progress and develop download information format from activity reporting system in order to advise engineering project management of project progress.
- Review workload with appropriate operations management in client facing, engineering, drafting, manufacturing (including applicable focus factories), or purchasing and suggest schedule or capacity adjustments based on overall workload and schedules.
- Communicate with client facing, supply chain, engineering and manufacturing operations managers on a regular basis to insure that all planning tools represent current activity process flows and cycle times.
- Establish and maintain an operations and training program for planners within the Operation and conduct training programs as required for new users and to update existing users on new features and functionalities of the planning and scheduling application solutions.
- Establish and maintain follow-up procedure for all scheduled activities to insure timely and accurate input of documentation to activity and inventory management systems.
Qualifications: Required - Legal Authorization to work in the US for any US employer
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years experience in manufacturing materials management or equivalent in education and experience

Job Specific Responsibilities/Qualifications: - Determine and develop correct work break down structure for engineering projects using the Oracle eBusiness Suite of planning tools as well as advanced planning tools such as Oracle Advanced Planning & Scheduling and Demand Planning, i2 Factory Planner, Premavera, and MS Project.
- Maintain regular contact with GSP and Information Technology organization to insure the Operation remains up to date with the latest program enhancements and that the appropriate enhancements are incorporated.
- Advise appropriate operations management of unplanned work that would affect existing schedules.
- Insure that the Data Management function is maintained at a highly disciplined level.
